In 2016, Stelios Ioannidis and Harry Papajani have established a business on providing IT Services to other businesses. Since many people have a confusion on what this means, here is an explanation:
Every business has employees, and every employee has their computer where they produce work. Stelios Ioannidis
Co-Founder / Systems Administrator
Stelios Ioannidis is a co-founder of S&L IT Consultants. Since co-founding S&L IT Consultants, Stelios has been providing IT solutions to his clients and designed their networks to meet the requirements of their business, using the latest technology and making security priority.
Prior to co-founding S&L IT Consultants, Stelios was a systems administrator at Technical Career Institutes, located in the heart of New York City, where he maintained and managed their servers for the learning management system called Blackboard Learn. He was responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure and ensuring that all students and teachers had access to services from anywhere.
Prior to working at TCI College, Stelios worked with Net Solutions NYC, a VoIP/IT consulting firm, which provided him with the experience to work with VoIP systems, support workstations, and Category 6 cabling/termination.
After working at TCI College, and having gained experience that is not available in school, the opportunity presented itself to manage networks in various other industries and thinking about entrepreneurship, he formed the company with Harry Papajani in 2016. Today, S&L IT Consultants manages a large number of clients and is one of the leading Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for businesses in New York City.
In his spare time, Stelios loves to read and learn about technological advances and think about how to implement this knowledge quickly and easily to his clients. Stelios is also a father and husband and loves to take his family away from the city, either at the beach or exploring the mountains of Pennsylvania.
Harry Papajani
Co-Founder / Technical Account Manager
Harry Papajani is a co-founder of S&L IT Consultants. Since co-founding S&L IT Consultants, Harry has been providing IT Solutions to his clients and fulfilling his clients with superb customer service to meet their business needs.
Prior to co-founding S&L IT Consultants, Harry was a Technical Account Manager at Corsica Technologies which was located in Flatiron District, which he serviced small and mid-size businesses and managed their IT infrastructure. He was responsible for maintaining relationships with current clients, addressing their technical needs as well as finding opportunities for expanding client database and help them achieve their technical goals and overcome technical challenges.
Before working at Corsica Technologies, Harry worked with an IT Consulting company Zirnet LLC which he dealt with help desk support by responding to incoming requests for IT support and resolve network, hardware and software issues with end-user computers. In addition, he performed technical maintenance, software installations and updates.
After Corsica Technologies, the opportunity and passion for IT presented itself for Harry to open a managed service provider company with Stelios Ioannidis. Today S&L IT Consultants, manages a large number of clients and fulfilling their IT needs from A to Z.
In his spare time, Harry can be found wandering NYC to discover hidden gems and exploring new local spots to dine and wine.
Zeira Fuentes
Administrative Director
Zeira is a highly organized and experienced office manager with a proven track record of success in
managing and supporting administrative tasks. She is a skilled communicator and problem solver with a
strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Markos Acdopoulos
Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager
Markos is a highly experienced and skilled security specialist with a proven track record of success in
protecting sensitive data and systems. He has a deep understanding of security threats and
vulnerabilities, and he is able to effectively implement security controls to mitigate risks. Markos is also
a skilled communicator and problem solver, and he is able to work effectively with both technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
Maria Papaioannou
Marketing Coordinator
Maria plays an important role in driving business growth and success. She combines creativity,
strategic thinking, and analytical skills to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
that attract, engage, and retain customers, ultimately contributing to the overall profitability and
sustainability of the business.
Chronis Karatsais
Network Engineer
Chronis is a highly skilled and experienced IT professional responsible for designing,
implementing, and maintaining our customer's network infrastructure. He possesses a deep
understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies, and have a proven track
record of troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.
